In this twelfth installment in the October (Toby) Daye series, Toby's human daughter has been kidnapped and Gillian's father and stepmother immediately suspect Toby of having something to do with it. Despite the unfairness of this accusation, Toby goes on a quest to find her daughter and bring her back to her human parents.
